I have spent twenty years working with the people who cannot afford to guess — CEOs and founders, elite athletes, actors juggling brutal filming schedules, executives on back-to-back meetings, doctors and business owners running on too little sleep. I am a coach.
That distinction matters. A doctor diagnoses. A coach watches what works, week after week, with real people under real pressure, and writes down the patterns that hold. This site is twenty years of doing that, written down.
I started as a strength and conditioning coach with a focus on musculoskeletal alignment. I then added a performance practice with athletes, actors, and executives. Different bodies, different lives, the same three questions — how do I lose this slow weight, get my afternoon energy back, and feel like myself again, without giving up the life I have built?
Fasting kept coming up as the answer that did the most for the least effort. No counting. No forbidden foods. No supplements to buy. Just a window. The clients who stuck with it noted the same things — weight that started coming off and stayed off, steadier energy through the afternoon, and the kind of bloodwork improvements their doctors noticed at their next check-up.
The problem was that almost every fasting book and app I could point them to assumed a life they did not have. Stable schedule. Predictable meals. Eight hours of sleep. None of my clients had that. So I started writing down what we did instead — how to fast through a client dinner that runs to eleven, how to handle a deadline sprint without abandoning fasting, how to come back after a week where it all went wrong without starting from scratch on Monday.
The Fasting Vault is that work, edited, structured, and put into one place. Each product is a tool clients reached for under specific pressure. Nothing in here is theory. It is what worked.
